River runs starting again

Now that autumn is here and there’s more water in the rivers the river group is getting to put their skills to use. On Sunday they paddled the local run from Morwick down to Shorebase as these photos from John Robertson show – click/tap to see more.

Get-together at the lake

On Sunday, when the low tide made Shorebase unattractive, river boats, open canoes and sea kayaks all turned out for rescue practice at Ladyburn Lake while the water is still warm-ish. Loch Lomond camping from canoes
